Welcome! Hillsborough Head Start Community Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization serving the Head Start/Early Head Start Programs in Hillsborough County.

Hillsborough County Head Start/Early Head Start provides early childhood development and parental programs to more than 3,000 low-income families.

One of the Foundation's goals is to create partnerships between businesses and specific Head Start centers.
