About the Foundation
Hillsborough Head Start Community Foundation, Inc. was founded in March 1995. The part-time volunteer board is comprised of community members, early education experts, elected officials and business people. Membership also includes Head Start and Early Head Start parent representatives from the Head Start Policy Council.
As a pure volunteer enterprise, the Foundation looks for novel ways to fulfill its mission and new members to join in the delivery of those activities, whether as Directors, project leaders or participants.
